What is Parkour: Simply stated Parkour is the art of overcoming obstacles as swiftly and efficiently as possible using only your body. Fundamental skills include running, jumping, and climbing. We develop and build on these fundamentals to improve our ability to pass over, under, around and through obstacles with more complex movements. Parkour is a system of fitness training that improves strength, speed, agility, coordination, stamina, endurance, and precision. It offers a full-body workout at any level of experience, and improves your ability to move, to harness your confidence, to change how you see the world. Intro to Parkour (Required) ($10.00 drop-in): Thursday @ 6pm & Sunday @ 12:00pm Want to start parkour? This is the class to take. All parkour students are required to take this class to learn the basic parkour moves and safety. Once students master these moves they are welcome to attend Parkour White Band Classes or Parkour Open Gym. If you have parkour experience you may test out of this class .
