Lose weight, build strength, gain confidence Pole Dancing fitness classes combine cardio, strength and toning movements to give you a full body workout. Whether you choose an all women’s, choreography based class that gives you a sexy sweat or a mixed class that focuses on strength and pole tricks, you’re guaranteed to get a fun, kick butt workout that will leave you wanting more. Pole classes are leveled from Intro to Advanced. Some classes are women only while others allow mixed attendance. Please check our schedule for more information. *For Pole Classes, feel free to bring a yoga mat or borrow one of ours. -Pole Level 1 includes floor work, walking, drop squats, strength work for level 2 spins and climbs, and introduction to the fireman spin. Students will move to level two once the fireman and martini spin are mastered.
